Boys and Girls Grades 3-12 or younger if they have previous freestyle experience. Open to any and all entrants.

Jump start the freestyle and greco season! Freestyle season can be short. We typically have 7-8 weeks from the time we start until the state championships and there are competitions almost immediately. At this camp we will cover the basics - leg lace, gut wrench, common defenses, and throws - as well as add some new topics to be reviewed during the upcoming freestyle season.

Saturday 9-11 AM, 11-12 Break, 12-2 PM. Pack a lunch.
