Monday, Tuesday, Friday mornings except when the facility is being used for a day camp in which case we will meet in the afternoon.

An 8 week, 3x/week program for serious athletes who want to learn proper strength training technique, get stronger and be more explosive. Athletes will track their progress and be proud of their before and after results.
The program is created and directed by All-American wrestler Matt Kocher and is based off of his 13 years of experience with the University of Pittsburgh’s strength program.
